Pet Dinosaurs

There is a massive demolition of an old tannery going on behind our house as the entire street on both sides is levelled to make way for apartments. It is literally shaking the house and my nerves, but I have to say there is something quite magical about having two pet dinosaurs in the back yard.

Kido

My cards and posters will soon be available in a wonderful store in Sydney called Kido. I am very excited. And I think we all need these slippers from their on line store to celebrate.

Mr Finch

I saw these fantastic textile sculpture by Mister Finch today.  I found it through the blog of another textile artist who has a shop called Little Love Blue. And how amazing is that life sized image in the first photo?!

Autumn Natural History Lessons

At the moment we have two little activities on the go which are enthralling. One is watching some slug eggs we found develop. We can see the little embryo's inside getting bigger each day. The other is some lentils we sprouted which have turned out to be surprisingly beautiful and we now have a miniature alien forest which seems to be thriving.
